Patna High Court CWJC No.10740 of 2017(3) dt.18-12-2025 2/2 Assembly Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No. 2) whereby and where under the request for the pension of the petitioner has been rejected and further for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay the pension to the petitioner since 22.09.2015 in accordance with the provisions laid down in Salary Allowances and Pension Rule-2006 (hereinafter referred as the 'Pension Rules') for the members of Bihar Legislature and other consequential benefits."
