198 bottles country made liquor containing 400 ml. each bottle were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Karamchandra Choudhary has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 17.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 32489/2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Ballia P.S. Case no. 59/2015.
