Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ application all the admissible dues except interest on it and 3rd ACP/MACP and interest on it have been granted.

In the light of said submissions, let the present writ application is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that his claim towards 3rd ACP/MACP shall still alive, respondent shall consider his claim towards 3rd ACP/MACP within 6 months from the date of filing of fresh representation. With this direction, the writ application is hereby disposed off.
