JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents to demolish illegal constructions made by the Nagar Parishad, Narkatiaganj over the land of the petitioner, however, since the respondents have filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the commercial shops and the toilets, constructed by the Nagar Parishad, Narkatiaganj, are situated over plot No. 1453 and 1454 and not over plot No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2278 of 2018(5) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 1455, the learned counsel for the petitioner, especially realizing that the present case now involves disputed question of facts, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
