The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.59286 of 2022, to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.467 of 2022, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Patna City, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

The order dated 05.04.2023 is modified to the extent as
