Case No. 166 of 2014 registered under Sections-302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both petitions are being heard and disposed of by this common order.
Admittedly, neither the informant nor any other
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33395 of 2015 (4) dt.04-11-2015 witness has seen actual killing of the deceased and it is only stated that prior to the alleged occurrence, the deceased was taken away by petitioners and others from his house and, therefore, even if, the aforesaid material assumed to be true, then also, it is a case of last seen only.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 166 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
