JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2023 The learned counsels for the petitioners in the aforesaid three cases submit that since title suit is pending before the learned trial Court pertaining to the subject matter of the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.2648 of 2018(3) dt.28-04-2023 3/3 case, they be granted liberty to pursue their remedies before the learned trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
At this juncture, the learned counsels for the petitioners submit that some protection be granted for enabling the petitioners to seek interim orders from the learned trial Court.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent authorities to maintain status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioners in question, for a period of four weeks from today, so that the petitioners can approach the appropriate court/forum and obtain interim orders.
The writ petitions stand disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
