Case No. 21 of 2015 registered under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-25(1-b)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32005 of 2015 (3) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 accordingly, all the above-said petitions are being taken enbloc and disposed off by this common order.

Although the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 32005 of 2015 was arrested on the spot and one mobile is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession and so far as rest petitioners are concerned; they were neither arrested nor anything has been recovered from their conscious possession and the recovery of fire-arms have been made from the vehicle. Moreover, one co-accused, namely Ramayan Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let all the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 21 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Pramod Kumar, J.M.-Ist Class/Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court; Bhojpur, Ara. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
