JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03/ 16.10.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that present case was lodged after six days of alleged occurrence and in course of investigation, neighbours of the victim have not supported the prosecution story.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Dighal Bank P.S.
