Petitioner retired from the post of Headmaster from Shri Lakshmi Higher Secondary School, Sitamarhi, on 28.02.2012 and prays for ten per cent pension amount with revised scale and interest on leave encashment. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 4, the District Education Officer (Establishment), Sitamarhi, stating at paragraph 6 that letter no. 4359, dated 28.12.2016, to the Secretary, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, has already been sent for the said claims for which necessary documents have also been sent.
Patna High Court CWJC No.2075 of 2018(4) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of claim, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 2, the Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for payment of his remaining dues, which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within two months thereafter. If certain mounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order sent through registered post. This writ application stands disposed of, accordingly.
