Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 313, 504, 506 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegation made in the F.I.R. is of 498A of I.P.C., in which the husband and the entire family have been made accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the informant. He further submits that they have nothing to do with the family

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that they have detached themselves with son and daughter-in-law just after marriage. He further submits that in the F.I.R., there is general and omnibus allegation. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that during pendency of this present application, the husband of the informant has surrendered and he is in custody. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
