2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, which was earlier twice rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.4.2023 and 15.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 58480 of 2022 and 75521 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of four months, failing which petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer of bail.
4. In compliance of order dated 17.5.2024, a progress report dated 24.5.2024 sent by Addl. Distt. & Sessions JudgeXI, Kaimur at Bhabua has been received which suggests that trial is likely to be concluded in six months.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no hope to conclude the trial in near future. He further submits that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 04.05.2022. Similarly situated other accused person has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 1.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49765 of 2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-XI, Kaimur, Bhabua in connection with Adhaura P.S.
