The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 353 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant and others went to the place of occurrence for execution of delivery of possession but the petitioner pelted stones and obstructed the officials in execution of delivery of possession. The petitioner is in jail since 19.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N. P. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sherghatti, Gaya in Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 570 of 2014.
