Learned counsel for the Complainant is also present. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. CI 537/2018 for the offence registered under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.32760 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/3 petitioner is willing and ready to keep her with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence so as to prejudice the opposite party in any manner. He assures that the opposite party will be made comfortable in her matrimonial home and she will not be subjected to any further torture as has been alleged.

Mr. Satya Prakash Sinha, learned counsel for the opposite party is present and submits that the girl is also ready and willing to live with her husband provided she is given the necessary protection and assurance that there shall be no recurrence of any untoward act which would cause mental anxiety and torture to her.

In view of the aforementioned facts and the willingness of both the parties let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. CI 537 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
