2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 which was granted by learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna vide order dated 15.04.2024 in C.R. No. 7247 (C) of 2023.
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44632 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
