2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 110, 117(2), 303(2), 324(4), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons, armed with Shabal and rod, tried to destroy the informant's house and, upon protest, all the accused persons assaulted him. It is further alleged that one Rizvi, armed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33348 of 2025(5) dt.02-12-2025 2/3 with Shabal-rod, hit the informant upon his head causing serious injury. Thereafter, all the accused persons assaulted the informant mercilessly and fled away from there.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the specific allegation of assault with Shabal on the head of the informant is upon the co-accused Rizvi. So far as the petitioners are concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus against them. It is further submitted that both the parties are relatives and they have also compromised the case.
5. At the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioners has supplied the xerox copy of the compromise petition, which is kept on record.
6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
