JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(I) To command and direct the respondents to make the proper enquiry with regard to deposited arms i.e. one gun and one revolver

Patna High Court CWJC No.10426 of 2020(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/3 deposited by the respondent no. 14 before the Akash Gun House Arms and Ammunition dealer, Chapra after the death of Raja Ram Sharma, having license no. 58 of 1982 with regard to N.P. Bore 0.38 revolver no. 653820 both issued by DM Munger but no information of the same has given to D.M.

Munger deliberately.

(II) To further command and direct the respondent to compare the deposited receipt of Akash Gun House Chapra physically and by way of forensic test in the forensic laboratory situated at Bihar or anywhere in India or proper inquiry.

(III) To further command and direct the respondents to take immediate action against the culprit as well as respondent no. 14 after the enquiry if any found guilty and subsequently recover the original revolver from the possession of respondent no. 14.

Entire process of deposit the gun and revolver before Akash gun house, Chappra is fishy, for the purpose attestation of the death certificate and name of the revolver are forged in the receipt and the record of the authorities."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.10426 of 2020(2) dt.14-11-2022 3/3 Magistrate, Saran at Chapra for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter, by passing a speaking and a reasoned order, thereon.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
