2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is uncle and petitioner No. 2 is Aunt of husband of the deceased. They are simply victims of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation is alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Araria in connection with Narpatganj P . S. Case No . 459 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
