Petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor the informant claimed to have identified the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence. The impugned order reveals that the name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of C.D.R of mobile of co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Rosara in connection with Husanpur P.S.Case No. 82 of 2014.
