The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/25(1A)A/26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. The police raided the place from where different arms and ammunition with manufacturing tools for making arms were recovered, but the petitioner was not arrested on the spot. The name of the petitioner was figured in the case in the statement of Chowkidar.

It is submitted that co-accused Md. Bablu has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 05.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4984 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands exactly on the same footing. The petitioner is in jail for last

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Muffassil P.S.
