JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to prosecution case itself, the husband of the deceased solemnized his second marriage with another woman and after that the deceased was kept by brother of husband as his wife but subsequently, relation of the deceased and her husband became strained. So far as petitioner is concerned, he happens to be cousin father in law of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34166 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014.
