Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. The informant alleges that on the order of the petitioner, her sons fired killing Ramdarshan Singh at the spot as the accused felt that the deceased had got the bail bond of their father cancelled by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. No.35780 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 falsely implicated in the present case and the allegation of firing is against Sonu Kumar and Monu Kumar who are sons of the petitioner and Pappu Singh. It is further submitted that the father of Sonu Kumar and Monu Kumar is in custody and there was enmity and perhaps because of that enmity, the present petitioner, with an allegation of order giver, came to be implicated.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 94 of 2022, G.R. No. 575/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Kundan/- U T
