JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was coach attendant of Rajdhani Express and from his conscious possession, 18 kg. ganja kept in a bag was recovered.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in seizure list, it has been mentioned that aforesaid recovery was made from the coach of train but taking note of aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as quantity of recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33936 of 2015 (3) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 Katihar Rail P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 22 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Katihar stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
