The writ petition is fit to be dismissed on number of grounds: (a) It questions the order of the Collector, Gopalganj passed on 6.8.2011 whereby the selection process for appointment of Anganbari Sevika was upheld and thus the writ petition is belated.

(c) The infirmities have been addressed by the statutory authorities with nothing irregularity found even on merits. The orders impugned do not warrant indulgence. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
