Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to delete the name of petitioner no.2 from the array of the parties. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69344 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 01.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.69344 of 2019, is hereby extended by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35863 of 2022(2) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 four weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioner will comply the conditions mentioned in the aforesaid order dated 01.11.2021.

This modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
