1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022, dated 12.10.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent, he is a very young person, the so-called victim has been recovered and she has recorded her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C and the same has been discussed in the order impugned which goes to show that no allegation was levelled by her in the said statement against this petitioner and she accepted her matrimonial relationship with this petitioner. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly petitioner's young age and his fair and clean antecedent and the stage of his case, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 267 of 2022.
