JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner by way of this writ petition prays for implementation of the order passed by the District Appellate Authority, Araria dated 31.12.2019.

In the opinion of this Court, a writ petition would not lie for implementation of an order of the District Appellate Authority. The provisions under Rule 16 of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 provides a method for the concerned person to move an appropriate application before the

It is also not known whether the order of the District Appellate Authority was challenged before the State Appellate Authority or not.
