The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 308, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, while the informant was alone in her house, all the F.I.R. named accused, including these petitioners, came and caught hold of her and thereafter, assaulted all the family members of the informant.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45679 of 2021(4) dt.03-08-2022 2/2 It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that present case is counter blast of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 lodged by petitioner no. 5 against the informant and her family members. Injures are simple in nature. Allegation against these petitioners are general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
