JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner has been shown as father in law in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is uncle of the deceased and as a matter of fact, petitioner does not have any concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 23.12.2014. It is further submitted by him that police after due investigation submitted charge sheet under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32066 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014.
