Short submission of the petitioner's counsel is that the petitioner has been deprived of certain payments of retiral dues in respect of which she has filed a representation (Annexure 7) before the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent no.4), which till date has not been considered by the respondent no.4.

In view of limited grievance, this Court would dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.8743 of 2020(2) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 of the matter with direction to the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi (respondent no.4) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation (Annexure 7) within six weeks. The amount found admissible on account of such order should also be paid to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of.
