JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being lady is in jail custody since 1304-2015 in a case registered under Sections-366, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim happens to be major and she stated in her statement recorded u/S 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that this petitioner took her to a boy who abducted her and while she was being taken, she noticed her brother and raised alarm and, thereafter, , she was recovered.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33152 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Dviwedi, J.M. Ist Class-Begusarai.
