The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 9.4.2016 passed in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 4 of 2014-15 by the respondent Additional Collector, Gopalganj, as contained in Annexure-2 to the writ petition, whereby the aforesaid case filed on behalf of the petitioner purportedly under Section 9 of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (in short 'Act, 2011') has been dismissed.

Indisputably, the impugned order passed by the respondent Additional Collector, Gopalganj is appealable as also revisable before the prescribed appellate authority as also

Patna High Court CWJC No.10386 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 revisional authority, as indicated in Section 9 of the Act, 2011 itself.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority for grant of appropriate relief to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned.
