2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the First Information Report and is in custody since 04.03.2024.

4. Allegation against the petitioner is to have in possession of 50 pieces of live cartridges, which is of .315 bore, alongwith other co-accused persons.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on

No.40538 of 2024(2) dt.10-06-2024 2/3 behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case out of police atrocities, who is otherwise a man of clean antecedent. It is further submitted that recovery, as aforesaid, also appears doubtful, as seizure list appears supported by police personnels themselves. While concluding argument, learned counsel submitted that investigation of this case is completed, charge-sheet has already submitted, and as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of the nature of allegation where petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2024, coupled with the fact that investigation of this case is already completed, accordingly, above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 82 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura,
