JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioenr is said to have given lathi blow on the head of injured. The injured sustained injury on his head but it is surprisingly enough that the medical officer, who examined the injured, expressed his opinion regarding the nature of injury as simple but observed that the report of C.T. Scan was awaited and later on, the same doctor having receipt the C.T. Scan report observed that injury found on the person of the injured was dangerous to his life.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32337 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rauta P.S.Case No. 64 of 2014.
