2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other coaccused persons abducted the minor daughter of the informant with the intention to marry her with this petitioner.

4. It is submitted that though there is allegation of abducting the daughter of the informant but as a matter of fact, on 08.01.2022, daughter of the informant along with this petitioner herself left her paternal house out of her sweet will and got married without any pressure. Both of them are living together as husband and wife. Petitioner claims clean

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M. - VIII, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Piro P.S. case no 20 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. One of the bailors would be victim herself.
