The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction quashing the order issued vide letter no. 25 dated 11.01.2017 issued by and under the signature of the Secretary to the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur by which, the request for exempting the petitioner from passing the Computer Literacy Examination, has been

(ii) for issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to exempt the petitioner from passing the Computer Literacy Examination under clause 3(ga) of the Government Notification issued under Memo no. 1609 dated 24.05.2011 as contained in Annexure 01 to this writ petition;

(iii) for issuance of appropriate writ/order or direction commanding the respondents to grant and pay the benefit of pay increment from the year 2013 as well as the revised pension on the basis of the said increment.

3. It seems that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

4. Be that as it may, since no one has appeared, the writ petition stands dismissed for non prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Neha/- U
