The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/448/341/323/353/387 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant being District Fishery Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer, West Champaran to exert pressure for non-compliance of the order of the Commissioner, Muzaffarpur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33948 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 that informant was maliciously not implementing the order of the Commissioner passed in fishery settlement disputes and maliciously the case has been lodged against the petitioners. The accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.405 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
