JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 29-06-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioners and the State. The application seeks modification in the order dated 2.03.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11458 of 2013. The counsel for the petitioners has referred to paragraphs 6 and 10 of the writ petition in order to submit that plot nos. 2600 and 2601 were left out while indicating the description of land as Khata No. 1766, C.S. Khesra Nos. 2677 to 2682, although (6) plots are indicated. Similarly, it is stated that in place of plot no. 3247, it is wrongly printed as 3240 of

Patna High Court MJC No.2213 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Khata no. 1766.

Having heard the parties, the application is allowed. The modification in the first paragraph of order dated 2.03.2016 is directed in the following terms:

In place of Khesra Nos. 2677 to 2682, it shall be read as 2600, 2601, 2677 to 2682. Similarly, in place of Khesra no. 3240 in second line of the first paragraph of the order it shall be read as 3247.

The order dated 2.03.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11458 of 2013 is modified to that extent.
