JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 The present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents to re-start the family pension of the petitioner which was being paid since 31.01.1989 and has been stopped arbitrarily since the month of February, 2016. It has been further prayed to pay the arrears of family pension as well. The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that the family pension of the petitioner was stopped on account of
Patna High Court CWJC No.5856 of 2018(3) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 non-submission of the Life Certificate, however the petitioner has now submitted the Life Certificate on 06.11.2019 and the pension has thereafter, been resumed and the arrears of pension have also been paid.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been able to check the account details, however the present writ petition may be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her grievances afresh, in case of any subsisting grievances.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
