JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for removing the encroachment upon the raiti agricultural land of the petitioner, appertaining to Mauza-Kolawan, Thana No. 199, Kesara Nos. 2889, 2909 and 2998.
The Respondents have filed a counter affidavit in which the report of the Anchal Amin dated 3.7.2020 / 9.7.2020 has been annexed, which is addressed to the Circle Officer, Harnaut. The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the matter can be resolved if the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10397 of 2020(4) dt.28-06-2022 2/2 said report of the Anchal Amin, submitted before the Circle Officer, Harnaut, is acted upon.
Accordingly, the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, is directed to take appropriate action, as per the report submitted by the Anchal Amin before the Circle Officer, Harnaut, as aforesaid, within a period of eight weeks of the receipt / production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
