16-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner gave repeated iron rod blow on the body of the informant, as a result of which, he sustained two grievous injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that in the backdrop of land dispute, with regard to construction of road which was going on since long, some altercation took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the matter. Petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
