Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner is husband of the victim of the present case. Initially, case was registered under sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code but in course of investigation, informant admitted this fact in his statement that the victim had fled away with one Rajesh but later on, she returned to her home and thereafter, petitioner took her to his home. Furthermore, informant stated that when he got information of arrival of the petitioner at his home, he went there but he found the victim missing from the house of the petitioner. Police after completion of investigation submitted charge sheet under sections 365,366 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33408 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar District Aurangabad in Goh P.S. Case no. 71/2015.
