The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The mother of the victim made allegation that Sunny Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Surendra Rai, Kishore Rai and Manju Devi kidnapped her minor daughter.

It is submitted that the occurrence took place on 17.03.2015, but the FIR was lodged on 22.03.2015 and this fact itself shows that the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The victim was in love with Sunny Kumar and the victim herself fled away with Sunny Kumar. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the family affairs of Sunny Kumar or the

Similarly situated co-accused Surendra Rai and Manju Devi have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail on 13.08.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 32389 of 2015 and the case of the petitioner stands exactly on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Vaishali P.S.
