JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that petitioner evaded his arrest for more than ten years and in the meantime, other accused have already been convicted by the trial court.
In the aforesaid circumstance, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 278 of 2003 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada stands rejected, at least, at this stage.

No.33929 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
