=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-09-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 17.12.2013 by which the Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge IV, Bettiah, West Champaran has declared the O.P. No. 2 a juvenile in Sessions Tr. No. 685 of 2012 without considering the objection of the petitioner. In the present case the Headmaster of the School was also noticed who states that the O.P. no. 2 has never studied in his school. In such circumstances, evidently, the document produced on his behalf appears to be unreliable. In view of such, the application is remanded to the Court below to frame a fresh enquiry in this regard within three months from the date of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed off.
