Learned counsel for the State submits that on account of reorganization of the Water Resources Department he has been instructed by the Executive Engineer, Flood Control Division No.2, Jhanjharpur that the value added tax deducted at source
Patna High Court CWJC No.9943 of 2016 (3) dt.05-07-2016 from the bills of the petitioner shall be refunded to the petitioner as soon as the technicalities and modalities on account of the restructuring of the Department are taken care of, which shall be done as expeditiously as possible.
