====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of the both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure- P/6) to the competent authority and a direction may be given to the said authority to consider the same and pass necessary orders by fixing a time frame.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9355 of 2025(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure- P/6) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, he shall endeavour to make the necessary payments at the earliest however in case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not legally tenable, he shall pass a reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
