Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 332, 333, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman. The informant alleges that he along with his team had gone to arrest accused Lav Paswan, who was wanted in Parsauni P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020. It is further alleged that the informant managed to apprehend Lav Paswan but all of a sudden people gathered including the petitioner. It is further alleged that they assaulted the police team and also misbehaved and managed to get Lav Paswan freed from the police.

It is further submitted that petitioner is a woman and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It is next submitted that similarly situated coaccused Krishna Devi and four others have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23440 of 2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
