ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that in paragraph 12 of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the answering respondent has stated that the necessary action has been taken and a request has been made to the Respondent No. 3 vide letter no. 319/Transport dated 02.06.2025 for allotment of Rs.75,400/- for payment of the compensation of 07 vehicles. Thereafter, the Respondent No. 3 has issued the letter no. 1006/Panchayat dated 03.06.2025 to the Secretary Panchayat Raj Department, Bihar Patna which is in the process and after receiving the allotment it will be paid.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8418 of 2024(5) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 Learned counsel states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the above facts and circumstances.
2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
