JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11191 of 2015. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that vide order 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11191 of 2015, petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks but he could not surrender before the trial court within the period, as fixed by the this court .

The petitioner may surrender before the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 within four weeks from today and if, petitioner does so, the concerned court shall pass the order in the light of observation, given by this court vide order 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35183 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 11191 of 2015.

Accordingly, the order 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11191 of 2015 is modified to the extent mentioned above.
